Each Learn Voyage CPE@Sea event is structured to offer both professional growth and leisure. All CPE hours are scheduled on ‘Sea Days,’ leaving port days open for participants to explore the exotic destinations along the cruise route. timely topics tailored to the needs of CPAs:
Current Technology’s Impact on the Accounting Profession (8 hours)
Sessions will explore emerging technologies in accounting, with practical demonstrations.
Participants will gain actionable insights into the impacts of technology on the profession.
Accounting & Auditing (A&A) (with Guest Speaker) (8 hours)
A featured guest speaker will provide in-depth content on Accounting & Auditing (A&A),
fulfilling essential educational requirements with up-to-date perspectives on standards and practices.
AI-Generated Financial Analysis of the Cruise Industry (4 hours)
This innovative session presents an AI-generated financial analysis of trends within the
cruise industry, including an overview of the ship’s operations and business model, giving
participants unique insights into the financial aspects of the industry.

Marc Hamilton is a CPA with over 30 years experience in a multitude of professional roles and responsibilities. Marc has experience in public accounting with Deloitte and KPMG and has held Executive positions in public and private companies. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for the Alabama Society of CPA’s and has presented CPE content across the Southeast for the past 10 years.
Currently, Marc is a partner in the engineering firm CDG, Inc and serves as the company’s CFO and Treasurer. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Business Council of Alabama.
